If you want to shop from our store but your country is not listed above, please contact us via email at highstreetpink@gmail.com. We will try to find a shipping method available in your country.
Please note, that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
We currently only offer standard international shipping. If you'd like to choose express shipping, send us an email at highstreetpink@gmail.com so we can calculate it for you.
Shipping costs may vary with the order value of the item(s) ordered, countries, and the cost of dispatch from different warehouse locations at different times.
The normal cost of our Standard International Shipping is $6 flat rate.
We offer free standard international shipping to the following countries:

*costs may vary and free shipping may not be available for some items that are dispatched from different warehouse locations.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
We source our products from several vendors within the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and good quality products with good design.
PROCESSING TIMES
It takes 2-10 business days to process your order(s) before it gets shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
As we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 10 - 25 business days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
The estimations of delivery time are as follows:
- United States of America: 10-21 business days
- England: 10-21 business days
- Ireland: 15-40 business days
- European Unions: 14-25 business days
- Other countries: 15-40 business days
*All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
In some rare cases such as global pandemics, extreme weather, and massive order volume, shipping times could take up to 90 business days to arrive.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes. Please make sure to input a home, office, or apartment/flat address to receive your package.
DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will keep you updated about your order.
I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
High Street Pink is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
LOST PACKAGES OR SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages or packages that are sent to the wrong address caused by the shipping company.
We suggest you to contact the shipping company to get more information about your package.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If your orders have not been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can fix/change the address for you. If the orders have been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change it.
To prevent it from being shipped back to us, we highly suggest you contact the shipping company or your local post office for mail forwarding or address changes.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email once your order is shipped but sometimes, tracking is not available.

The tracking page showed as “delivered” but I have not received my package yet?
Scan errors sometimes occur that cause this to happen. Please wait a few more days for your package to be successfully delivered to you. However, we highly suggest you reach out to your local post office immediately for more detailed information.
